The international Paralympic table tennis tour, with more than 20 events a year across all continents. Since 2025 it has three tiers: Future, Challenger and Elite.

Overview
- Format
- Tiers: Future (entry) < Challenger (up to 8 a year) < Elite (top). Rankings use the best results of the last 52 weeks, updated weekly. We could not confirm the older 'Factor' grading from an official source.
- How often
- Annual (20+ events a year)
- Classification
- There are 11 sport classes: 1–5 for wheelchair (sitting) players, 6–10 for standing players with physical impairments, and 11 for players with an intellectual impairment. Higher numbers mean less activity limitation. Doubles are grouped by the combined classes of the pair (e.g. MD4, WD5, XD7).
